I cringe
Remembering who I was
Knowing the singe
Left by the scars
And what I should've done
Though it felt impossible
For as set the sun
Closed my eyes
And wake
To early
To shade
Off these hands
The dirt of the night
Maybe
Only time might
Heal
What I
Feel
But it leaves
Just like everything
I think I need
And fix and rip and tear
Until left behind
